Integrated Care Boards are required by the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care to publish information about their staff structures, grades and costs.


The charts available to view and download here are based on data drawn from our Electronic Staff Records on 31 December 2022. They show the numbers of full-time equivalent posts in different directorates at different grades and include the total salary costs at that time.

This data excludes posts that were vacant and posts filled by agency staff on 31 December 2022.


These structures are under review as part of a programme of transformation across the Integrated Care Board. The Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board was created in July 2022 and we recognise we do not currently have the staffing in post that we need to perform all our duties. We therefore expect to make significant changes to our structures in the coming months.
