Every Integrated Care Board must have a constitution.
The first constitution for the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (BOB ICB) was approved by NHS England and was given effect by the establishment order. It is a key document which sets out the arrangements we have made to discharge our functions and those of our Board. It includes the key processes for ensuring transparency in the decision making of the organisation and our Board, and arrangements made for discharging our duties with regards to registers of interest and managing conflicts of interest.
There are a number of supporting governance arrangements and documents to the constitution which can be found on the Governance Handbook page.
